The Cadillac Ranch is looking for good people to round out our team. While experience is important, a great attitude is the first thing we are looking for. Our chef has spent numerous hours creating a selection of food you will be proud to recommend. We also provide the best training possible to ensure that you know all you need to know about our menu, procedures and philosophy before you serve your first guest.
Bartenders
The Cadillac Ranch is looking for upbeat, outgoing people with experience behind the bar. In addition to pouring drinks, our bartenders will also serve the entire menu to their guests. With numerous large high definition plasma and big screen TVs and 40 beers on draft, all at affordable prices, our bar should quickly become one of South Miami's favorite hang-outs.
Host/Hostess
The Cadillac Ranch is looking for friendly, outgoing men and women who can greet every one of our guests with a genuine smile and welcome. Our hosts are the first impression the guest receives at the Ranch, and the last as the guest leaves. The Cadillac Ranch offers a fun, faced-paced environment where friendly, hardworking hosts are an important part of the team. Bussers
Quality bussers are an important part of the Cadillac Ranch. Bussers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, stocking dishes, glassware and food items for the cooks and servers, bussing tables and responding quickly to situations that arise.
